
Job description
Join Bio-Techne, a company enabling cutting-edge research in Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics, as a Research Associate in Chemistry. Develop controls, calibrators, and quality products in an invitro diagnostics environment. General knowledge of laboratory concepts and practices is required.
Develop OEM in-vitro diagnostic controls and calibrators, create new products, prepare summary reports, perform in-process analyses, manufacture liquid chemistry and serum-based bulks, and evaluate instrumentation and procedure.
This role requires a basic concept of troubleshooting and root cause analysis, as well as the ability to work in a laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Science, or a related field, and 1-3 years of work experience in In Vitro diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
