Associate, Finance – Portfolio Reporting and Business Insights

BioMed Realty is looking for an experienced Associate to play a key role in supporting the company’s corporate finance efforts, driving quarterly reporting and forecasting, and delivering insightful analysis of portfolio performance, operations, and market trends.

Requirements

• Monthly/quarterly presentations for senior management and investors
• Portfolio-level management reporting packages
• Other ad hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members and other internal departments
• Utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle EPM Cloud
