Senior Analyst, Investments & Asset Management

BioMed Realty seeks a Senior Analyst, Investments & Asset Management to provide analytical and decision support for investment underwriting, financial analysis, and transactional due diligence. The role will also involve identifying growth opportunities, managing existing assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related technical field
• Advanced financial modeling expertise
• Proven experience in commercial real estate, corporate finance, private equity, or investment banking
• Life sciences industry experience is a plus
• Ability to analyze financial statements, leases, and related documents for forecasting, underwriting, and tenant credit analysis
