Senior Associate, Leasing

BioMed Realty is seeking a Senior Associate, Leasing to drive performance across its East Coast portfolio in Cambridge and Boston, MA, shaping and executing leasing strategies to impact asset value, occupancy, and long-term portfolio growth.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end leasing strategy and execution for assigned assets
• Drive complex lease transactions
• Evaluate leasing and investment scenarios
• Partner with Investments on acquisitions and dispositions
• Develop, set and execute strategic leasing and marketing plans
• Oversee and direct brokers
• Execute Local marketing Initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, investors, and key stakeholders
• Provide ongoing market intelligence and insights
• Collaborate with Property Management to ensure assets are maintained to a high standard and aligned with leasing strategy
• Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and key business and civic organizations
