
Job description
The China Study Lead is responsible for leading clinical studies in China, partnering with QSDO, FSP resources, CRO, and other functions to develop operational plans aligned with Clinical Development Plan (global and China) and program level strategy. The role is accountable for delivering studies in China on time, within budget, and with good quality.
Develops and oversees implementation of China operational strategy, leads study via managing FSP resources, providing oversight of the CRO, managing performance, quality, and timelines, and ensures ongoing data review to identify and mitigate patient safety, study design, data integrity or study conduct issues.
The ideal candidate will have a clinical medicine or pharmacy background and education, with extensive experience in project management in both FSO and FSP model. The role requires strong leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to drive effective, consistent, and efficient processes.
