China Study Lead

Role Overview

The China Study Lead is responsible for leading clinical studies in China, partnering with QSDO, FSP resources, CRO, and other functions to develop operational plans aligned with Clinical Development Plan (global and China) and program level strategy. The role is accountable for delivering studies in China on time, within budget, and with good quality.

What You Will Do

Develops and oversees implementation of China operational strategy, leads study via managing FSP resources, providing oversight of the CRO, managing performance, quality, and timelines, and ensures ongoing data review to identify and mitigate patient safety, study design, data integrity or study conduct issues.

• Clinical medicine or pharmacy background and education
• Bachelor's or master's degree, advanced degree preferred
• Extensive (3 + years) experience of project management experience in both FSO and FSP model
