Customer Excellence & Operations Intern

Role Overview

The Customer Excellence & Operations (CE&O) intern will support initiatives and routines of Market Intelligence and Sales Effectiveness, working with Marketing, Commercial, and Medical teams. The general objective is to support execution excellence and business strategy deliveries.

What You Will Do

The CE&O intern will compile and update dashboards, conduct analyses, participate in project development, and support control of department expenses and sales force recognition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related courses
• Graduation date after December 2028
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Advanced English reading and writing skills
• Intermediate verbal communication skills
• Good communication, sense of urgency, organization, and high analytical capacity
