Engineering Technician I

The Engineering Technician I role supports equipment maintenance and production activities by assisting with basic preventive maintenance tasks, following detailed instructions, and learning troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements

• Associate degree or two-year technical degree preferred, or Trade Certification and relevant experience (typically +2 years), or Equivalent applied relevant experience (typically 3+ years)
• Typically less than 2 years of relevant experience
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
• Foundational communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with team members
• Foundational math skills for recording data accurately
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD tools (such as SolidWorks) is a plus
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Must be familiar with Quality Assurance Protocols (QAP) such as Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ)
