Responsible for downstream production and daily management, including communication and coordination with downstream production and other departments, optimization of production management processes, and control of production work progress. Participate in internal audits, ensure quality control, and manage production progress, quality, cost, and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 9 years of experience (MBA with 7 years) in downstream purification of biological macromolecular drugs
• Familiar with related theoretical knowledge of biological macromolecular drug production
• Familiar with GMP-related regulations
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, confidentiality awareness, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, execution ability, leadership ability, pressure resistance, and emphasis on teamwork
• Good English communication skills
