The Director of Manufacturing is responsible for formulating development strategy, implementing production planning, and ensuring good quality and quantity of medication production. They will also build and develop the formulation team, enhance quality awareness, and supervise production to meet EHS requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, or related fields
• More than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• At least 5 years in a commercial production environment as a production manager or above
• Familiarity with biological macromolecular drug production and large-scale commercial management of sterile or liquid dosage forms
• Experience with GMP audits from domestic and foreign pharmaceutical regulatory agencies
• Good communication and coordination ability, leadership, team cooperation ability, and anti-pressure ability
• Fluent in English as a working language
