BioStem Technologies is a leading medical technology company looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to administer pricing, GPO roster management, quota and territory mechanics, and operational reporting for its field sales organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years in sales operations, deal desk, or revenue operations in a B2B environment with structured approval workflows and CRM-based operations.
- Hands-on CRM administration: report building, workflow configuration, data management, and user support.
- Experience in a public company or audited environment with business controls and audit-ready data practices.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data normalization, large multi-source datasets).
- Working knowledge of commercial contracts: pricing tier structures, renewal cycles.
- Strong data reconciliation skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Self-directed and detail-oriented; takes ownership of ambiguous problems and drives work to completion.
- Quick learner comfortable ramping on medtech/GPO dynamics; domain expertise is not required.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator (sales, finance, accounting, IT, external partners).
