
Job description
The Risk Manager will oversee and implement the project's risk management framework for a large-scale hospital redevelopment initiative. This position is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact project cost, schedule, and delivery outcomes.
Own and manage the Project's risk registers, lead quantitative risk analyses, maintain accurate risk registers, and ensure proactive risk strategies are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
Proven experience in risk management within large-scale development and construction projects, strong understanding of risk registers, QCRA/QSRA methodologies, and contingency planning.
