
Job description
The Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure project plan administration supports the execution of field operations. They will be responsible for all aspects of project execution. This position is supporting our Mississauga, ON office and will require travel to our client sites.
The Senior Project Coordinator will support Opportunity Management & Opportunity Response, Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post Construction activities, including identifying Business Development opportunities, supporting Proposal Leads, assisting with preconstruction planning, and managing subcontract submittals.
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management, 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, and strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to forge and maintain positive relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work within tight deadlines.
