Project Coordinator

Bird Construction is a dynamic team of over 5,000 with a range of professions, backgrounds, and areas of expertise. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure project plan administration supports the execution of field operations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management
• Eligible for, or have attained, E.I.T., P. Eng., CET, or PQS designations
• 1-3 years’ ‘hands-on’ experience in the capacity of project coordinator
• Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals
• Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
