Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong track record as a senior IC
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Experience in a startup or scale-up
- High craft bar in UX and UI
- Sharp product judgment
- Ability to communicate persuasively and align stakeholders
