Staff Product Designer

Birdie is a tech company that aims to reimagine care for older adults. They are looking for a Staff Product Designer to help build an AI-first platform that assists decision-making, automates coordination work, and surfaces insights directly within real care workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products
• Strong track record as a senior IC
• Complex problem-solving skills
• Experience in a startup or scale-up
• High craft bar in UX and UI
• Sharp product judgment
• Ability to communicate persuasively and align stakeholders
