Trade Marketing Analyst

At Birdman, we are building one of the fastest-growing plant-based brands in Latin America. We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Trade Marketing Analyst to help transform the point-of-sale operation into actionable insights for the business.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Commercial Planning, Category Management, or similar positions in FMCG/CPG
• Experience working with point-of-sale execution and sell-out analysis
• Experience auditing promotional agencies or field teams
• Experience managing point-of-sale materials/POSM and executing activations
• Experience working with client portals and commercial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field
• Intermediate English
