Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or another field where you learned to turn numbers into stories
• Sharp analytical mindset with proven skills in analysis, reporting, and measuring what truly drives impact
• At least 1 year of experience running CRM & Direct Marketing campaigns
• Experience in retention, loyalty, or rewards program design (bonus points)
• Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, proactive, and initiative-driven
• Self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal English skills
