Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team at bitaksi, Turkey's leading taxi-hailing app. You'll have the opportunity to work on projects that have a direct impact on the lives of millions of people, shaping the future of transportation and making a difference in the way people navigate their daily lives.

Requirements

• BS/MS in technology or business-related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional Product Management especially in a mobile environment
• Mobile app/UX experience to define frictionless and delightful user experiences
• Experience working with UX researchers and designers
• Deep understanding of the user experience
• Deep understanding of contemporary best practice on the iOS and Android platforms
• Knowledge and experience of using Product Management best practices
• First-hand knowledge of different agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Technically proficient - You have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built
• Skilled in using tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar to track user behavior and product performance.
• Ability to extract insights and make data-driven product decisions.
• Experienced in setting up event tracking, funnels, and dashboards for product metrics.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, making effective prioritization trade-offs under pressure.
• Strong awareness of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies, and ability to integrate them into product strategy.
