Job Description
Senior Legal Counsel to advise on legal matters, draft documentation, and manage litigation. The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience in law, with a focus on corporate, contracts, human resources, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Lawyer or Notary with 4 to 8 years of experience
- Civil, commercial, or construction law experience
- Corporate law experience within engineering or construction companies (strong asset)
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Pragmatic and business-oriented approach
- Professional written French and functional English proficiency
