In-House Notary, Residential Real Estate

Our client is a fast-growing real estate investment company looking to add an experienced Notary to oversee the execution of notarial acts related to the purchase and sale of properties.

Requirements

• Law degree and member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in residential real estate law.
• Solid experience in executing notarial acts, drafting, and reviewing legal documentation.
• Strong ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-oriented mindset.
