Job Description
Our Client Is a leading national law firm seeking an Associate Lawyer with 3-6 years of experience in transactional banking or financial services law, with strong experience on both borrower and lender-side mandates, and excellent drafting skills. The role is based in Montréal and involves a hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Member in good standing of the Québec Bar
- 3-6 years of experience in transactional banking or financial services law
- Strong experience on both borrower and lender-side mandates
- Fully bilingual (French/English) with excellent drafting skills
- Proven autonomy on complex FS transactions
