Assistant Chief Engineer

Role Overview

Assist with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Engineer team. Supervise and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and building systems operate efficiently.

What You Will Do

Repair and/or replace defective equipment, perform daily meter readings, and checks. Maintain departmental compliance with property maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Four (4) years experience in all aspects of building maintenance
• Specialized training in electrical, cabinetry, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment repair, and/or telecommunications repair and installation
• One (1) year supervisory experience
• Valid WA State Driver’s License and clean driving record
