Requirements

• Contribute to the development of the firm's Bridge & Structures strategic plan
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the region
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional bridges and structures design team
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key regional clients
• Represent the firm at transportation industry events and conferences
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to shape go-to-market strategies
• Provide leadership and oversight on projects to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction
