Requirements

• Contribute to the development of the firm's Bridge & Structures strategic plan
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the region
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional bridges and structures design team
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key regional clients
• Provide leadership and oversight on projects to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction
• Support project teams in navigating complex technical, regulatory, and stakeholder challenges
• Optimize staffing and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and successful project delivery
