Branch Manager I

We are seeking a Branch Manager I to lead the operations of our SF - 41st St. Branch, ensuring an exceptional member and employee experience. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and outside parties, and possess knowledge of organization's policies/procedures and Credit Union's service philosophy.

Requirements

• Direct daily Branch operation
• Implement and execute all Market Vice President approved decisions
• Remain current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive and technology environments
• Assist Market Vice President and Human Resources with respect to recommendations for hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, training and development
