Mortgage Sales Manager

The Mortgage Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the credit union's mortgage sales team, developing loan programs, and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals. The primary focus will be to lead and manage the mortgage sales team to meet or exceed production goals, continuously improve the profit contribution to the Credit Union from the residential mortgage line of business, and to align staff duties with business goals.

Requirements

• Lead mortgage lending team to meet or exceed production goals
• Implement and promote mortgage product and service offerings to meet members' needs
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve production goals established by management
• Monitor team performance, including loan volume, quality, and member satisfaction
• Work cross-functionally to manage the mortgage pipeline and to ensure mortgage closings are timely and in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
