Legal Counsel will serve as a key member of Blacklane’s legal team, providing business-oriented advice and helping to set and implement Blacklane’s overall go-to-market and legal and regulatory compliance strategy.
Requirements
- Admission to practice law in an EU member state or membership in a U.S. state bar
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Ability to provide legal and regulatory guidance on transportation matters and go-to market strategies
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Eager to learn new technologies and ideas
- Comfortable in navigating complicated and nuanced issues
