Accounting Strategy & Policy, Vice President

Blackstone is seeking a Vice President for the Accounting Strategy & Policy team to drive firmwide accounting and reporting initiatives, oversee team operations, and enhance execution, team culture, and impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm or a combination of Big 4 and industry experience, financial services industry experience preferred
• Deep technical accounting expertise and strong analytical skills
• Solution-oriented, creative thinker with strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and strong judgment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; committed to continuous improvement
