Pharmacist - PRN

The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute is hiring a PRN Pharmacist to work on average 4-8 hours per month, providing on-call coverage for approximately one week per month, and providing patient-focused care to patients with bleeding and clotting disorders.

Requirements

• PharmD or equivalent from accredited university or equivalent experience
• Two or more years administrative pharmacy experience helpful
• Non-sterile and sterile compounding experience a plus
• Specialty pharmacy experience a plus
