Job Description
Blend is a premier AI services provider seeking a Senior Software Engineer (C#) to contribute to its next level of growth and expansion. The engineer will act as a force multiplier for engineering teams, reducing friction across the development lifecycle and improving internal tooling.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in C#,.NET, and Unix/Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS, and identity/security frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to act as an internal consultant
- Strong communication skills, with a coaching/mentoring mindset
