Blink Health is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure, platform, reliability, and security-sensitive engineering programs that improve Blink’s scalability, operational maturity, developer productivity, and production readiness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing technical programs, portfolio planning, Agile delivery, and cross-functional execution within engineering or infrastructure organizations.
- Experience working with infrastructure, platform, cloud, DevOps, security, reliability, or other technically complex engineering teams.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team programs with competing priorities, unclear ownership, external dependencies, and shifting requirements.
- Strong command of Agile delivery practices and Jira best practices, including backlog organization, sprint planning, workflow hygiene, dependency tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data, metrics, and structured thinking to drive prioritization, risk management, and decision-making.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to create clear, executive-ready materials.
- Ability to understand technical tradeoffs, ask effective engineering questions, and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI tools and demonstrated ability to use AI effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
