Role Overview

Lead a multi-disciplinary software development team of up to 6 developers and 1 QA, delivering high-quality products and tackling industry challenges. Work alongside the team to promote a culture of belonging and growth.

Lead team growth, appraise performance, and assist with career development. Hire and deliver the team, serve as a liaison between the delivery team and stakeholders, and align with peers on initiatives and priorities.

• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of distributed, redundant, and transactional systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Portuguese)
• Proven track record of Incident Management
• Experience using defect tracking systems
