Poppy & Peonies, a full-service workplace design consultancy, seeks an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to lead the development and execution of their affiliate marketing strategy, focusing on TikTok Shop and creator-led commerce. The successful candidate will identify high-potential creators, optimize performance, build long-term partnerships, and scale the program into a major growth engine for the brand.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, brand partnerships, or collaborations
- Direct experience managing affiliate programs, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands
- Understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem and social commerce, including TikTok Shop or similar platforms
- Experience recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with creators or influencers, UGC creators, and brand partners
- Highly analytical and comfortable using data to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Strong relationship-building skills and enjoy connecting with creators and partners
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can build programs from the ground up
