Senior Software Engineer - Market Oversight

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Market Oversight team in Frankfurt, Germany. The team is responsible for verifying that Bloomberg's obligations to local regulatory authorities are met, and the engineer will work on developing a data analytics platform, trade surveillance platform, and instrument reference data reporting platform. The engineer will collaborate with teams in London and New York to solve complex technical problems and manage the full SDLC for their software. The ideal candidate has experience in C++, Python, or Java, a degree in Computer Science or similar field, and a passion for quality and correctness of their work.
