Implementation & Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Implementation & Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Blooming Health. You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing strategic projects across the company.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new initiatives and strategic projects, as well as on-going required projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience in leading and implementing projects end to end
• Strong knowledge of and experience in the Healthcare/Non-Profit/Government sector
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS implementation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional data and analytical skills
• Superior skills in multitasking, prioritizing and hustling to take projects to the finish line
• Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach and as part of a team
