Blue Diamond Growers is seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to support their Snack Nuts, Specialty Crackers, and Non-Dairy portfolios across North America. The ideal candidate will lead research that informs brand building, communication development, innovation, and packaging strategy, translating data into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across primary research and syndicated data
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
• Familiarity with core research methodologies across quantitative and qualitative approaches
• Experience managing external research partners, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and high-quality research execution
