CMM Programmer/Inspector III

Join Blue Origin's Safety, Quality, & Mission Assurance team as a CMM Programmer/Inspector III. Manage preparation for Computer Aided Manufacturing inspection, inspect machined and received components, and provide feedback to machinists and engineers. Minimum 7 years of experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace components required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace components or equivalent.
• CMM programming and operation.
• Superior blueprint reading skills including GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2009 standard.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in the use of precision hand tools, gages, optical comparator, and surface plate work.
• Experience inspecting tight tolerance, high value components.
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9000 Quality Management Systems and/or related quality systems and programs
