Production Control Specialist III

Production Control Specialist III role at Blue Origin in Huntsville, AL, responsible for supporting the design, development, and fabrication of space launch vehicles and components. This hands-on position requires strong communication, organization, planning, and project management skills, with a focus on safe and repeatable spaceflight.

Requirements

• Evaluate manufacturing schedule and coordinate the availability and controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements
• Perform shop order release/closure in the MRP System and reconcile parts
• Provide detailed status of work in progress, and material availability, and communicate constraints to schedule
• Prepare work orders for the production of parts based on the master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity with warehouse, inspection, quality, operations, purchasing, engineering, logistics, and program
