The A-Shift Shift Leader for Payload Accommodations Vertical and Clean Integration is responsible for leading a fast-paced, rate-driven manufacturing environment during second shift operations. This role ensures execution across cost, quality, schedule, and safety while supporting increasing production demands and workforce growth.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of rate production and workflow management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with clean room operations or cleanroom protocol adherence
