Job Description
Blue Owl is seeking a Business Services Platform Capital Strategies Assoc/VP to join the Hong Kong-based value creation team. The individual will focus on the Capital Strategy vertical and support senior team members in managing relationships with local investors.
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials; MBA, CFA/CAIA or other advanced degree a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese and English is a must have.
- 3-8 years' experience at a private markets firm, asset management firm or fund placement firm.
- 3-8 years' experience with both capital raises and IR functionality at alternative firms.
- Strong working knowledge of private markets strategies and firms; high degree of intellectual curiosity about the alternatives industry and its business dynamics.
- Able to travel extensively in the APAC region and work independently.
- Self-starting attitude and entrepreneurial spirit balanced with a commitment to teamwork.
