
Job description
We are seeking a consultative, customer-focused Sales Engineer to help enterprise organizations modernize their infrastructure operations through API-driven automation, AI-assisted operational intelligence, and integrated DDI solutions. This role goes far beyond traditional pre-sales engineering, serving as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
Advise customers on infrastructure modernization, lead consultative technical discovery sessions, advise on modern DDI architectures, help customers modernize legacy network services, and guide customers on operational best practices.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and GTM teams to help customers simplify operations, accelerate automation, improve security posture, and drive measurable business value.
