Enterprise Support Engineer (Druga Smena) [16h-00h]

We are looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to join our Customer Care department! As a Enterprise Support Engineer, you will work directly with dedicated strategic enterprise customers to anticipate, identify and address their technical concerns. You will partner with clients and help them optimize the use of BlueCat products and services, and apply in-depth troubleshooting and debugging skills to get to the root cause of the customer's issue.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with DNS, DHCP & Linux
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols
• Experience with common protocols and services (FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, syslog, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience managing customers in an enterprise environment
• Proactive and self-motivated
