IT Business Solutions Manager

The IT Business Solutions Manager will oversee the IT applications team, providing leadership, vision, and management to ensure the continuity, quality, and on-time delivery of complex multi-platform business systems. This role will involve overseeing the requirements gathering, planning, designing, configuring/developing, testing, and deploying of large and complex business application software systems in support of business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business and/or technical field
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in related field, including expertise on the Oracle JDEdwards ERP
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and work independently with limited resources
