Associate, Client Service I

BNY is seeking an Associate, Client Service I to join its Wealth Management team. The role involves working directly with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and guide them to the appropriate resources within BNY.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams.
