BNY is seeking a Corporate Security Engineering – Lead Engineer to join their Corporate Engineering team. The role involves leading a global team of engineers responsible for designing, deploying, and operating physical security platforms. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise with Genetec Security solutions, experience migrating from legacy PACS/CCTV platforms, and strong Windows and Linux server administration skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in physical security engineering
- 3–5+ years leading engineering teams or managing a global/remote team
- Hands-on expertise with Genetec Security solutions
- Experience migrating from legacy PACS/CCTV platforms
- Strong Windows and Linux server administration skills
- Proficiency with SQL, PowerShell, and at least one additional scripting language
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
