Requirements

• Higher education in building technology, property, architecture, urban planning or equivalent
• 3-6 years of experience in project management in the building or property development industry, preferably in public buildings
• Good knowledge of building and installation processes as well as applicable legislation and standards
• B driving license is a requirement
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
