Manufacturing Associate (Partition Fabricator)

Bobrick is hiring a Manufacturing Associate (Partition Fabricator) to fabricate toilet partitions for commercial restrooms. This role will help upgrade your job skills while keeping up with changing technology.

Requirements

• Material handling
• Hand finishing
• Leveling bar application
• Packing & crating
• Inspects and measures cut stock to verify dimensions against specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Removes cut stock from machine and maintains production count.
• Drills particle board using fixtures, then installs T-nuts and/or inserts.
• Uses pallet banding and wrapping equipment to package components for shipment.
• Checks and completes paperwork prior to shipment.
• Understands and uses pack scan equipment to verify packing of components and hardware.
• Performs routine maintenance and tooling changes.
• Operates sanding machine to smooth edges of phenolic.
