
Job description
The Technical Talent Sourcer will build systems to surface exceptional engineers, designers, and operators, and get them into conversations before they're actively looking. This role is ideal for someone who treats sourcing as applied research.
Own top-of-funnel, source proactively, write outreach that converts, build the research layer, instrument the funnel, and partner with the Talent Engineer.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally for technical roles at an early-stage startup, and is skilled at reading resumes and forming fit hypotheses.
