
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Studio Advisor to join our team at BODYROK in New York, NY. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and maintaining Bodyrok’s standards.
Manage front desk operations, provide personalized assistance to clients, assist with studio supplies and inventory, maintain cleanliness and organization of studio space and equipment, and assist with administrative tasks and support studio management as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry, and be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
