Requirements
- Agentic Navigation & UX: Deep knowledge of how autonomous agents'see' a website.
- WebMCP & Tool Registration: Experience using the WebMCP API to register client-side tools.
- AI-Native SEO (GEO): Proven ability to optimize for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Advanced Schema & Bot Management: Mastery of Nested Entity Schema and management of AI-specific user agents.
- Demonstrate strong business-technical translation skills with experience liaising across business, operational, and IT teams.
- Excel in a fast-paced, global environment through strong time-management, independent problem-solving, attention to detail, and fluent English communication.
- Hold a relevant bachelor's degree, ideally with pharma experience or prior roles in digital marketing/SEM/SM within service delivery settings.
- Hybrid Programming: Proficiency in Python (for data/RAG automation) or JavaScript/Node.js (for building Agent-side tools and MCP integrations).
- Technical SEO Core: Solid foundation in traditional technical SEO (rendering, headers, and site speed).
- Model Context Protocol (MCP): Hands-on ability to build and deploy MCP Servers.
