Requirements

• Solid understanding of HR procedures and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software tools
• Strong interpersonal abilities and clear communication
• Excellent organizational aptitude and time management
• Experience with HR data, analytics, and process improvement
• Student in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations or a related field (3rd or 4th year student)
• Mastery in English
